If you believe that your content was removed or disabled due to a mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notice. Your counter-notice must include:

b. Identification of the material that was removed or disabled, and the location where it previously appeared.
c. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief the removal or disabling was a mistake or misidentification.
d. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
e. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your location (or, if outside the U.S., any judicial district where the service provider is located), and that you will accept service of process from the original complainant or their agent.
Repeat Infringer Policy
KitchenKnowHow.com reserves the right to terminate access or accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers of copyrighted content.
