DMCA Notice (Copyright Infringement Claim)

To file a DMCA takedown request, you must provide the following information in writing:

1️⃣ Your signature (electronic or physical) as the copyright owner or an authorized representative.
2️⃣ Identification of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed. If multiple works are affected, include a representative list.
3️⃣ Identification of the infringing material (URL or specific location) and sufficient details to help us locate it on our website.
4️⃣ Your contact information, including your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email.
5️⃣ A good faith statement affirming that the material is being used without proper authorization from the copyright owner, agent, or the law.
6️⃣ An accuracy statement confirming, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is correct and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Counter-Notice (Challenging a Removal Request)

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you have the right to submit a counter-notice. Your counter-notice must include:

1️⃣ Your signature (electronic or physical).
2️⃣ Identification of the removed content and its previous location before removal.
3️⃣ A good faith statement, under penalty of perjury, that the material was removed in error or due to misidentification.
4️⃣ Your contact details (full name, mailing address, phone number, and email).
5️⃣ A jurisdiction statement consenting to the legal jurisdiction of the federal district court where your address is located (or any applicable court if you reside outside the U.S.), and agreeing to accept service of process from the original DMCA complainant.


Repeat Infringers

Kitchen Know-How reserves the right to terminate access to users who repeatedly infringe upon copyright-protected content.
